L7 Certificate in Executive Coaching and Mentoring

The Level 7 Certificate is designed for senior managers, HR and OD professionals, as well as practising coaches and mentors. It is particularly suited to those seeking to strengthen their expertise, enhance their professional credibility, and introduce coaching as a recognised and valued practice within their organisation.

L7 Diploma in Executive Coaching and Mentoring 

The Diploma is identical to the certificate in terms of the theory unit and the evaluation unit, but in the practical coaching unit, a minimum of 60 hours of coaching is required rather than 20 hours. This course is highly beneficial for those school leaders who are considering a career change into full time Executive Coaching.

Entry Requirements for both L7 Executive Coaching and Mentoring qualifications:

  • Have significant leadership experience (e.g. Principal, headteacher, deputy, senior leadership team).
  • Are currently involved in coaching others, or have opportunities to do so as part of their role.
  • Are ready to engage in rigorous study, reflection, and practical application.
  • Have a strong interest in developing others and leading through coaching.
